Kerri Holden M.Ost

Kerri is an award-winning osteopath who offers top quality osteopathy based on the latest research and clinical guidelines.

You know you are in safe hands as she is a member of the General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopathy. This is in addition to her position as a lecturer at the University College of Osteopathy where she helps others to become osteopaths.

Kerri is passionate about helping you achieve your full potential by enhancing your wellbeing. She also has a special interest in promoting women’s health and supporting women during their pregnancy and postnatally and has led her to volunteer in expectant mother osteopathy clinics.

Kerri uses a variety of treatments, including prescribing stretches and exercises for you to continue the benefits of your treatments where appropriate, as well as more gentle techniques such as cranial osteopathy. She has completed additional training in treating pain and working with the nervous system which can be particularly helpful for those of you who have been in pain for a long time. Kerri believes strongly in identifying the best treatment for each individual client.

One thing most people may not know about Kerri: She is currently training to dance in pointe shoes!
