Initial 75 minute consultation – £70
The initial consultation gives us time to chat and find out more about you, including your medical history, current lifestyle & diet, symptoms you are experiencing and the goals you would like to focus on.
After your initial appointment, a personalised plan will be created for you. This will include lots of ideas, factsheets and easy and achievable recipes to suit you and your lifestyle.
Subsequent 60 minute follow-up sessions – £50
3 x sessions (Initial consultation plus two follow ups) – £155 (saving £15)
6 x sessions (Initial consultation plus five follow ups) – £295 (saving £25)
