Which is why we are thrilled that Kate Elliott, a lovely and experienced nutritional therapist, has joined our Camomile Rooms team. 

Kate explains a little about herself and how she can help you…


As a Nutritional Therapist I will help and motivate you to gain the tools to make effective diet and lifestyle changes, I will encourage you to work towards better health and for you to feel your best you.

The process of spending time improving the way you feel is a wonderful experience that I have the privilege of sharing with you.

Each step is a positive action in the right direction.

By working together I can help you to nourish and fuel your body, feel revitalised, think more positively and increase your energy.

I have a passion for sharing how easy and delicious healthy food can be, giving our bodies the nutrients needed to fuel our bodies to function at their best.

Nutritional Therapy can be used to help a wide range of issues including:

Nutritional therapy involves looking at all areas of life including the food we eat, what we drink, exercise levels, sleep quality, how we spend our time, how we relax and our emotional health. Our well-being can be greatly improved when we spend time making small changes in any or all of these areas.

Nutritional therapy uses individual nutrition and lifestyle changes to promote optimal health & wellbeing for you. It can help with many areas including: energy levels, stress levels, weight loss, feeling refreshed and can provide better management for existing health issues. As a bonus it will give you some zesty ideas to get you into fresh foods and flavourful cooking!

I know from experience that working with clients regularly and for a longer time frame gives much better & lasting results. During the process I will be supporting you to establish new healthy habits, with regular follow up sessions and phone calls to get you off to the best start. You can expect:


  • An in-depth 75min initial consultation including health questionnaire & 3 day food and lifestyle diary
  • Personalised plan & recommendations based on your goals
  • Wellness coaching, accountability & support
  • Goal focused changes –  positive & achievable which fit into your schedule
  • Simple/easy to make recipes which are delicious, colourful and full of flavour – discover a love for cooking with fresh ingredients
  • Regular follow ups for encouragement & new ideas 

You will also receive a complimentary 15 minute phone call before you even make your first appointment. This is a chance to find out more about how Nutritional Therapy can help you, ask questions, explore how we could work together, find out which package is best for you and most importantly a chance for you to find out if we are a good match to work well together.

The initial consultation is a chance to find out more about you, including your medical history, current lifestyle & diet, symptoms you are experiencing and the goals you would like to focus on.

After your appointment a personal plan will be created for you, including lots of ideas, factsheets and recipes.

I will send you an initial consultation form and a 3 day food and lifestyle diary for you to complete and return to me before we meet.

Every follow up sessions is a chance for us to discuss your progress so I help you to continue with your wellness journey, giving you all the support, encouragement and new ideas you need to help keep you on track.
